    Scope: Refurbishment to open plan space for letting and tenant fit out
    Size: 9,000 sq ft over 8 weeks

    Following consolidation by the original main tenant of Ruby House into less space, a floor was left vacant but heavily partitioned and in poor condition. The floor was stripped out to open plan and comprehensively refurbished including new ceilings, lighting, perimeter trunking and floor finishes. Works were also undertaken to refurbish and upgrade the reception and common parts. During the project, a tenant was signed up for the floor, for whom we undertook a fit out.
